Study UK

Sofía and Andrés are our youngest and most popular contributors on Facebook Live. They have very successfully taken part in various sessions, broadcast this month on the British Council’s Study UK Facebook page (Study UK Live! Advice on studying in the UK). Presenting documentaries, interviewing different Universities such as Bournemouth and asking questions at UCAS about the subjects which most worry students that want to study in the UK, it was clear that these two students have great skills in new communication platforms and social networks.

Facebook Live is Facebook’s social network, real-time video which allows users throughout the World to share live video with their friends and followers. Sofía and Andrés, from Year 12, helped by their connections, have had almost 150.000 visits, if one includes both live and on-demand broadcasts. This is the highest stand-alone figure achieved on this Page. Quite a feat on the part of our students, our heartiest congratulations!

Please take time to visit and recommend our Facebook Page Study UK - British Council@StudyUK.BritishCouncil. In the video section, you should be able to find Sofía´s and Andres´ sessions as well as other videos. These provide useful advice for students who want to study in the UK or those who simply want to find out more details about University qualifications, different degrees and how to fund these. “We are here to help you find your dream course and help you plan your studies better”, that´s the goal, using only one click.
