This December, we once again saw out the year with music, traditional songs and Christmas readings at our annual Christmas Concert which was held on Wednesday the 19th at the Nuestra Señora de la Anunciación Church in Prado de Somosaguas. As ever, this was an exciting event in which our students delighted all those present with the warmth of their singing, in front of a committed audience with thunderous applause.
Our various School Choirs (KS2, Year 3, Primary, Secondary and Sacapelas) filled this most beautiful local Somosaguas church with the sound of their voices. They thrilled the audience with performances of the highest quality, accompanied by our various School Orchestras, and of course, under the careful direction of their teachers and mentors.
As part of a wide programme which included 17 different musical interpretations and 5 readings, our students were once again able to show off their talent, their dexterity and their confidence on stage.
Music to provide the crowning glory on our last term, send off 2018 and also welcome in the much deserved Christmas holidays.
