La selección femenenina de rugby en el colegio

The Lionesses, as the Spanish female rugby team is known, had an exhilarating morning training session with our students. They shared their game strategies, stories and funtimes around the game, when they visited the School, last 24th of April.

The current European Champions lifted the cup after beating the Dutch side, in an exhilarating final, held in Brussells last month. They took part in an almost professional style training session, highly competitive, with 60 of our students.

For the School, Rugby is a very important sport. Not just for its sporting characteristics, but also because of the values which it promotes: teamwork, respect, discipline, fairplay, motivation, and a sense of belonging to a community. This year, more than 80 students make up the KS1 Rugby squad.

That´s why the visit and training session with Las Leonas, was an unforgettable experience for all those who took part!
