On the last 16th of May, the students in Year 7, 8 and 9, once again proved their sporting spirit and their commitment at the International Schools' Athletics Competition which was organised at the Dehesa de Navalcarbón Sports Centre.
Our students picked up a well deserved 5th place and the host school, Kensington, came first in what has become a signature sporting event in the Spring calendar.
Sport and sporting competitions are a priority at our School because they not only promote the students' wellbeing but also provide other important life values, such as leadership, effort and team spirit. Sport also helps them to overcome difficulties, grow in self-confidence and learn to face defeat in a sporting way, never giving up when results are worse than expected.
Congratulations on their great effort, to everyone who took part!
