At the British Council School we believe in positive reinforcement. We are very proud to share with you some of the latest achievements of our students. Four of our Secondary students have been awarded special mentions for Academic excellence and Merit, in recognition of their hard work and academic excellence during the 2014-2015 academic year. The Recognition of Excellence and Academic Merit awards ceremony took place on 8th October in Pozuelo de Alarcón.

We hope that this recognition of Excellence and Merit inspires other students. The Mención a la Excelencia was awarded to the highest average overall academic mark in 2014-2015, and the Mención al Merito was awarded in recognition of a consistently positive attitude, level of dedication and effort.

The awards ceremony took place on the 8th October in the Mira theatre and was presided by the mayor of Pozuelo de Alarcon,  Susana Pérez Quislant. Our students have won an academic sash, a diploma and a gift.
