When a British Council pupil leaves the School, he carries with him the “British Council School brand”. Their talent, their skills, their way of building relationships, their linguistic and cultural openness are all traits, which our students carry with them for the rest of their lives.

Alongside this, we should also draw attention to their excellent academic qualifications. We are very proud, that once again this year, two of our students have been awarded the Complutense University Prize, coming in the top 100 students with the best PAU marks for 2015.

The award is an acknowledgement of the best students and the best schools including the British Council School, which once again has received the highest accolade as an educational institution. The Ramon y Cajal theatre in the Medicine Faculty was once more the venue to celebrate this traditional prize-giving. It underlined the achievement of those students with the best marks in the University Entrance Examinations (PAU).

In addition to recognising the best final 100 marks for PAU, which took place in June at the Complutense University, there is also an acknowledgement of those top 20 students with the best results in each of 5 different learning areas. The British Council was amongst the 64 schools represented by our students and they all received a Diploma of Excellence for their hard work and dedication.
