The school may receive requests for references for pupils who wish to apply for transfer to other schools or for attendance at summer schools and camps.

In accordance with legal instructions based on Spanish legislation only objective school reports will be issued to schools and other requesting centres. School reports include information on attitude to school work, effort and attainment and academic areas of each pupil’s progress and are criterion related to the school community and year groups.

Subjective information and non criterion related data cannot be provided. The school may refuse to provide information if it considers that data protection and confidentiality issues may be affected.

All requests from parents must be handled by School Management Team.
