On the 10th of June, we had a very exciting day of sport, with 36 students taking part in the School´s Aquathon Competition.
For three days of pure theatre, on the 7th, 11th and 17th of June, the School was transformed into Hogwarts School of Magic and Sorcery.
The British Council School Theatre was again sold out, filled with the echo of tumultuous applause at the performances of our students from KS1 and KS2, at the Music21 Summer Concert.
, Lucía García Fernández and her violoncello students returned to the Niño Jesús Hospital, with their best music and film scores to brighten up the day for the children and the families.
Not long to go now, before the end of the School year. Warm weather and bright sunshine is starting to flood our classrooms and as summer draws nearer.
The youngest students at the School have spent the last few days singing and dancing in front of parents and teachers at the Prenursery Summer Concerts.
This year the School has organized a major art project, led by the famous artist, Carlos Baonza, recreating the legendary car from the film “Chitty Chitty Bang Bang”.
In May, we were once again able to enjoy one of the most exciting and most eagerly awaited School competitions, the Choral Speaking Challenge.
Once again this year, the Panel of Judges at the 2019 Duperier Award had a difficult job choosing two winners, from the six different research projects entering the competition.
The playground at British Council School was filled with games, fun and a lot of support for a very special party.
